All coaches from Under 6’s to A-grade are welcome to contact Milton & the team at Fit4all on 47321233 to book a training session at their gym. Price is $5.00 per person (min 10)

These sessions can be booked as a wet weather alternative or a once a month high intensity fitness session for your team.

Milton & his team can also help you or your family with personal training or family memberships.
