Volunteers 

We aren't going to sugarcoat it for you, registering as a volunteer is a many-step process. Due to state regulations around child protection, as well as the requirements of the NRL and Penrith Junior League. We know it can be frustrating and we wish we could change the process, but for now PLEASE ensure you complete all the requirements for your role as a coach, manager or trainer to help you prepare for the coming season. If you aren't sure if you've completed everything or need help, please ask us! We are only too happy to meet you on a game day and help you through the process. ​
If you are not registered properly you cannot sit inside the fence on game day. Please don't run the risk of a suspension and/or points being taken away from your team by ignoring the registration process.

There are four steps to registering as a volunteer. It is VERY important that you keep all emails, receipts and certificates associated with these steps:
  • Register online at PlayNRL - you must register every year, just like players have to do
  • Make sure your accreditation is up to date or that you have signed up for a course to complete your accreditation/re-accreditation
  • Make sure you have your Working With Children Check (WWC) number. If you do not have a WWC number, you will be required to apply. 
  • Email your receipts/certificates/numbers to the relevant coordinator below as soon as you receive them so you can be cleared to work with your team.

Coaches and Managers Meetings

Coach and Manager Meetings are held on Mondays once a month and are an important way of distributing information regarding the coming season. The coach and/or manager from every team is required to attend these meetings, so to help you plan ahead the following Mondays have been confirmed for this season:
