Please remember that parents and spectators have rules to follow on game day. The Penrith Junior League Code of Conduct rules indicates that spectators must not use offensive language and must stay outside the playing area. Spectators also need to be mindful of the text and media they post on social media sites. Keep it positive and remember that "Send is forever". Nothing can ever truly be deleted from the Internet. Any behaviour at games, or posts online that bring the game or Penrith JL into disrepute can be grounds for being cited to appear before the PJL Conduct Review Panel. This may result in the spectator being suspended from attending games and potentially, their child/relative being suspended from playing. Competition points may also be deducted from the team. Please remember that this is just a game, these are kids, referees are human, coaching staff are volunteers, and this is not the NRL! Positive encouragement goes a long way. Negativity makes you look like a tosser!

Team photos will take place on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May in the Leonay Room at Emu Sports Club. Please ensure you arrive 10-15mins before your team's alloted time. All players should wear shorts, socks and boots. Please make sure socks are pulled up. Even if you aren't purchasing a photo package, all players are required to have a photo taken. Attention parents of the 10/2s: Minchinbury's mod field is flooded due to sprinklers being left on so your game time has changed to 12:30pm. It is still at Mt Druitt Town Centre. Please let other parents from the team know who might not use social media. Michelle Cranna is an experienced action sports photograph offering great value packages for individuals and teams. Please contact her if you'd like some brilliant photos of your team in action. |
