2013 Nominations for PJL Awards

As the 2013 Season comes to a rapid end, it is that time of year to submit nominations for the following:

• Volunteer of the Year Award
  
• Mini Coach of the Year Award
  
• Mod Coach of the Year Award
  
• International Coach of the Year Award
  
• Sports Trainer of the Year Award
  

The awards above are presented at the Junior League Presentation night.  Below are copies of the nomination forms which must be completed and submitted to the Penrith JL office or emailed Jennifer Toohey ([email protected]) by FRIDAY 16th AUGUST. Nominations received after this date will not be accepted.
